- How far is Mikayla's Cove from the beach and boardwalk?
- We are ONLY 3 houses to the FREE beach and boardwalk.
- What do I need to bring with me?
- You need to bring sheets, towels and paper goods.
- What is the parking situation for guests?
- The Beachcomber has the driveway which will fit 3 cars. The other apartments get 1 parking space each.
- Is the kitchen fully equipped?
- There is a FULL size kitchen and it has all the necessary cooking supplies.
- What is the check in and check out time?
- Apartments rent from Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 3 pm and check out time is 10 am. This allows us time to prep for our next guests.
- How much is the security deposit and when is it returned?
- The refundable security deposit is $300 and will be returned within 7-10 days.
- If I do not want to clean at the end of my stay, what is the charge?
- There is a $150 cleaning fee. However, if you leave the apartment as clean as you found it, there will be no cleaning charge.
- What type of Media equipment is there?
- In each apartment, there are 2 TV's and 2 DVD players. There is 1 CD player.
- We DO NOT accept Senior or Prom weekends/weeks.
- Groups under 25 years old are prohibited.
